Cyclone Gaflio - Rebuilding After a Cyclone


Cyclone Gafilo formed on March 4th and the following day became a Catagory 4 Cyclone. It headed straight for Madagascar, crossed the whole island before arriving in the Mozambique Channel. From there it re-strengthend, turned 180 degrees before hitting the south of Madagascar.

Madagascar suffers from cyclones yearly and Antalaha gets hit almost every other year, sometimes worse than others.
